STEP 1:  Change your local timezone to 
(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US and Canada). 

You can do that by simply click on the system clock on your Windows 8.1 taskbar > Click Change Date and Time Settings > Click Change Timezone and Select 
(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US and Canada) from the drop-down list. Check the Automatically adjust the daylight saving time and Finally, click OK.

 

Step 2: Download KMS activator From Bellow link.

STEP 3: After you finished download, extract the zipped file using your favorite archiver. Mine I use WinRar. And extract it on your desktop (which I prefer).

STEP 4: Open the extracted folder and right click on "Windows 8.1 KMS Activator By AR_Alex V1.4.exe" and click "Run as Administrator" to grant administrator privilege.

After that, you will see a c-prompt with different options, PRESS 1 to enter to the Windows 8.1 All Version Activation Menu then, press the corresponding number of your current Windows 8.1 Version and HIT ENTER.
